Are You a Pleaser?

As a pleaser saying yes to others often means saying no to some deeper part of yourself, such as your core values, legitimate needs, or important goals.

​In the moment, it doesn't seem like a big deal, but over time can really wear on you.
​
While it might be hard to admit and even harder to look at - I want you to know that when you are willing to own this part of yourself is when you have complete freedom to harness the strengths that lie at the foundation.
