It’s easy to get focused on how others should change, or how to improve our home, our relationships, our communities and other environments - all good things, but what about the one closest to home - the environment of your mind? Maybe this is the year to clean your mental house. Think of it like opening all the doors and windows, dusting out the cobwebs and breathing new life and light into every nook and cranny of your mind.
In years of coaching others and doing this work in my own life… I know this can feel scary to some, but I have witnessed countless people freeing themselves of heavy mental weight, stress and unnecessary suffering.
