Client Spotlight: Life is an Adventure - Go all In with Will Baumgardner
On this week's episode of Differently I speak with my former client, Will Baumgardner. He shares his personal battle with being a recovering workaholic, the downside of loving your work and what it means to be "all in". We talk about life as summiting a mountain - the peaks and valleys, and what it means to create a more fulfilling relationship with work.
Will is Chief of Staff for Venture First. Venture First provides capital and financial services to growth-focused companies. He has strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, operations, and corporate strategy. Will attended the University of Louisville, where he received his degree in Finance. Will currently serves on the Board of Directors for the UofL Alumni Association and works with other local organizations to strengthen his community. He lives in Louisville, KY with his husband, Jacob.
His zest for life is contageous!
I hope you enjoy this conversation with Will!
